Job Description
Numr is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to lead our market research initiatives and develop actionable insights for property investors. This role combines deep real estate knowledge with data analysis skills to produce market-leading intelligence. In order to use these insights for business improvement, this candidate should feel comfortable using their analysis to tell a story
Key Responsibilities
- Lead property market research and analysis for Nigerian real estate markets
- Develop and maintain standardized property valuation methodologies
- Create weekly market insights and monthly trend analysis reports
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and data providers
- Design and implement real estate data collection frameworks
- Contribute to our weekly newsletter with market insights
- Create property market forecasts and investment recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in real estate research, valuation, or analytics
- Strong understanding of Nigerian property markets
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- RICS or local real estate professional qualification
- Experience with Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
- Previous work with property data platforms or PropTech companies
- Published research or market reports
- MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field
