What You’ll Be a Part Of:
As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the East region. This includes monitoring and motivating sales representatives and distributors to drive success every month.
What to Expect in This Role
- Target Achievement:
- Break down monthly sales targets by distributor and focus on achieving them through secondary sales.
- Territory Management:
- Define and oversee sales representatives’ territories to ensure thorough coverage and effective execution of plans.
- Product Launches and Range Expansion:
- Launch new products and work towards increasing the range of products sold, resulting in higher sales volumes.
- Distribution Expansion:
- Grow the distribution network to achieve full product penetration across Lagos.
- Team Collaboration and Development:
- Work closely with sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and training to improve productivity and performance each month.
- Market Insights:
- Conduct periodic market surveys to gather competition and market feedback.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with company guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or HND.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably within the East region.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective team and man-management capabilities.
- A proactive and aggressive approach to achieving goals.
