Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to ensure consistent and smooth plant operation according to the production schedule.
- Monitor and record operational parameters at specified intervals.
- Ensure production machinery, packaging, and raw materials are prepared according to the daily production plan.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures for QMS, Food Safety, OHS, and EMS compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues as they arise.
- Maintain cleanliness in the packing plant, especially in your work area, following GMP and 5S principles.
- Keep equipment in optimal working condition.
- Take responsibility for proper cleaning and daily maintenance of machinery and equipment.
