Accountabilities

•    Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions.
•    Develop and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
•    Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
•    Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
•    Oversee and guide the construction process, ensuring that the project adheres to the planned design, quality standards, and safety regulations
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong design and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
