Job Description:
The role involves identifying and targeting potential clients through research, referrals, and networking. You will conduct engaging sales presentations and meetings to effectively highlight our financial products. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key to ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals is a primary responsibility. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to refine product offerings and enhance the overall client experience. Accurate record-keeping of sales activities and client interactions is necessary, as well as staying updated on market trends and competitor actions to adjust strategies accordingly.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales within the financial services industry.
- A strong history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM systems.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
