Job Summary:

The SAP SF Functional Consultant (Certified) will lead and contribute to ongoing projects and support initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple SAP projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, defining project scope with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The consultant will work independently while performing tasks such as gathering requirements, functional testing, system configuration, documentation creation, and conducting end-user training in collaboration with the SAP Core team and Super Users. Key responsibilities include analyzing and gathering customer requirements related to business processes and system parameters, assisting with master data and transaction mapping, determining reporting needs (standard or custom SAP reports), designing reporting solutions, and managing roles and permissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• SF PMGM:
  • Knowledge of PMGM, Calibration, and Reporting.
  • Configuration and design of new forms and templates.
  • Expertise in 360-degree reviews.
  • EC-PMGM integration and XML configuration.
• SF LMS:
  • Reporting, system configuration, and integration.
  • Managing system customization and administration.
  • Experience with internal and external integrations.
  • Roles and permissions management and data migration.
• Data Migration / Data Validation:
  • Proficient in migrating data for both employee and foundation objects across SuccessFactors modules.
  • Managing system data replication monitoring and resolving errors.
  • Overseeing job monitoring and error resolution.

The consultant is also responsible for ensuring adherence to process standards and reviewing all project deliverables.
