Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with various store operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively.
Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Prepare and process store paperwork, such as sales reports and inventory sheets.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with visual merchandising and display setup.
- Participate in-store promotions and marketing activities.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year of work experience.
