Position Overview
Spa Specialists are key players in supporting essential Spa operations and ensuring guests have an exceptional, memorable experience at our hotels. These associates provide a variety of services, helping to enhance the Spa environment. Whether promoting Spa services, handling retail sales, managing reservations, answering guest inquiries, checking in guests, or processing payments, Spa Specialists ensure that every transaction is seamlessly integrated into the overall guest experience.
Key to success in this role is maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and quality standards, and presenting a professional image through appearance and communication. Spa Specialists must be comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, navigating various surfaces, managing reservation systems, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving items within weight limits.
Efficiently performing these responsibilities is essential for delivering the best experience for both our guests and the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License/Certification: None needed.
