Order Management
- Perform all tasks associated with the instrument shipment process from order-to-cash following IFRS guidelines to maximize revenue; the instrument exchange process and the instrument returns process.
- Create SAP orders for small instrument shipments, ancillary items, installation supplies and return orders.
- Create SAP purchase requisitions for third party vendors.
Quality/Contract Management
- Working knowledge of audit involvement with regards to ISO and other quality requirements, SOA controls and corporate compliance; resolve findings and implement corrective action.
- Business process owner; develop and maintain relevant quality documents.
- Maintain data integrity of SAP contracts, functional locations and equipment records.
- Create, update and close service notification tasks.
Process Improvement
- Demonstrated project management experience; initiate, lead and implement process improvements, system enhancements, automation, digitalization and cost savings efficiencies.
- Collaborate and partner cross functionally with all levels of the organization to implement and support new product launches.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide specialized guidance, support, training and mentoring to develop team members.
- Perform SAP UAT testing for system upgrades and other testing.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business requirements.
