Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who excels in creating exceptional candidate experiences by implementing effective systems and structures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional dedicated to enhancing and managing talent acquisition processes. A creative and strategic thinker, you will focus on implementing advanced sourcing and recruiting methods, while tracking and analyzing talent metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee sustainable talent acquisition strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate on employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Encourage and motivate employees to become brand ambassadors.
  • Manage and promote employee referral programs.
  • Create innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Ensure efficient execution of selection processes, including conducting interviews and screenings.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
  • Develop strategies to improve the candidate experience.
  • Suggest and implement initiatives to enhance employee retention.
  • Attend job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events.
  • Manage, track, and report on recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods (e.g., interviews, assignments, psychological tests).
  • Hands-on experience with posting job openings on social media and job boards.
  • Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Team-oriented with strong motivational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
