Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers and the Head of HR to identify specific recruitment needs and preferences.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by fostering a positive candidate experience and effectively communicating company values and culture.
- Establish standardized communication protocols for candidate outreach, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure smooth handovers from the recruitment process to onboarding for new hires.
- Utilize data analytics, in partnership with the Head of HR, to monitor recruitment performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize strategies for greater impact.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform thorough candidate assessments through virtual interviews, resume evaluations, phone screenings, and evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
