Job Overview:
This role is focused on driving significant revenue growth by strategically acquiring and onboarding high-value business accounts across various sectors and regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving substantial new revenue growth and expanding market presence across multiple sectors and regions.
- Analyze market trends, emerging dynamics, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and shape long-term sales plans.
- Create scalable frameworks and methodologies to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Sales Tactics:
- Oversee the creation of a strong pipeline strategy, focusing on high conversion rates and repeatable success through innovative prospecting techniques and strategic client engagement.
- Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and mutual value creation for clients.
- Mentor the sales team on crafting tailored value propositions, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Sales Operations:
- Establish and optimize sales operations systems to ensure effective use of CRM tools, accurate forecasting, and actionable reporting for tracking team performance and market success.
- Implement continuous process improvements and best practices in sales planning, resource allocation, and pipeline management.
- Foster collaboration with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize retention.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Advanced professional certifications in sales and leadership, such as Strategic Selling, Large Account Management, or Executive Engagement.
- Expertise in CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, supported by relevant certifications.
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role at a reputable Financial Institution, FinTech, or SaaS company.
- Proven track record in leading sales strategies across multiple sectors, managing high-value accounts, and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market.
