Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the execution of specific operations assigned to him on-site.
  • Supports the Planning Engineer by providing accurate resource allocation and planning inputs to ensure effective preparation and execution of all tasks under his supervision. This includes ensuring that all materials returned for repair or refurbishment are accompanied by the necessary CMIMS data (e.g., Work Orders, Release Orders, Purchase Orders, Transport Orders, etc.) before shipment.
  • Ensures adherence to COMPANY’s HSE regulations, with particular focus on procedures for hazardous material shipment, material storage (both hazardous and non-hazardous), and material receipt/dispatch recording.
  • Manages the logistics of materials to and from the FPSO via sea or air, maintaining communication between onshore and offshore logistical teams and the Marine department.
  • Oversees offshore warehouse operations using CMIMS to guarantee that AKPO materials are systematically stored and properly referenced in CMIMS.
  • Conducts regular stock checks to verify the accuracy of material quantities stored.
  • Ensures all offshore materials and warehouse activities are accompanied by the necessary paperwork and legal documentation (e.g., MRD, Manifests, Hazardous Materials Forms) and comply with COMPANY safety regulations and logistical procedures.
  • Ensures his team follows safety protocols and correct work practices, including proper use of PPE, tools, manual handling techniques, and specific handling facilities.
  • Manages and tracks AKPO & pressurized gas bottle inventories (e.g., O2, CO2, Acetylene, Refrigerant gases, Laboratory gases) to ensure proper stock control and reordering.
  • Monitors and controls the AKPO Operations mini-stock inventory offshore.
  • Develops a clear system for tracking the location of direct purchase spares onboard the FPSO.
  • Responsible for the safe packaging, handling, and backloading of containers and materials from the FPSO, ensuring proper storage and packaging techniques, and that all items are secured with certified slings.
  • Oversees logistics related to the Waste Management Plan for the FPSO, ensuring waste collection is coordinated with the Marine team and that waste skips are available in a timely manner.

Profile:

  • Required expertise includes knowledge of CMIMS (SAP/R3), Carriage of Dangerous Goods Regulations, stock control and reporting, warehouse management, and spares induction.
  • Capable of maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and others.
  • Physically able to work on offshore installations in challenging environmental conditions.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, with a minimum score of 3.5 on the Total or Bright test, or 780 in TOEIC; French is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor for a small team, with the ability to work independently and competently in his field.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
