Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer requirements and objectives.
  • Act as the intermediary between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to resolve technical issues quickly and accurately during the pre-sales phase.
  • Assist with the recruitment, evaluation, and management of Field Activation Officers in the assigned territory.
  • Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services to facilitate successful implementation.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
  • Monitor and assess customer usage of the product to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Experience Needed

  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
  • Experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of digital technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
