Responsibilities
What you will do:

Perform preventive maintenance on utility and plant equipment.
Install and maintain electrical switchgear with capacities above 2MW.
Oversee the installation of power cables, cable trays, and mechanical pipelines.
Ensure familiarity with local and international standards and specifications for mechanical and electrical work.
Supervise and monitor both project and regular maintenance activities.
Have a strong understanding of electronics, PLC systems, and modern electronic applications.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of occupational safety standards.
Prevent food safety hazards from being introduced into the product during assigned tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
Additional qualifications in business-related studies (e.g., MBA) will be an advantage.
Proven work experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to assess the impact of equipment downtime and make timely, informed decisions.
Self-motivated and capable of encouraging team members to align with business objectives.
Ability to effectively use available resources to achieve optimal results.
Passion for team training and technical improvement.
Ability to foster self-discipline among team members.
