Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Process sales orders and ensure timely product delivery within designated sales territories and outlets.
- Manage the efficient redistribution of LSNL/BIC products across retail outlets, ensuring strong market coverage.
- Regularly assess performance with regional managers and customers in alignment with set targets.
- Develop and implement a coverage plan for the assigned region.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the defined sales areas.
- Ensure flawless execution of the SFA and other sales-related initiatives.
- Oversee the successful execution of promotional activities and proper placement of POSM.
Performance Indicators
- Achieving sales targets, both in volume and value.
- Meeting coverage goals and expanding the number of new outlet listings.
- Consistency in order frequency and cash collection.
- Ensuring timely product availability and impactful shelf visibility.
- Maintaining strong numeric and weighted distribution of LSNL/BIC products in the region.
