Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer requirements and objectives.
- Act as the intermediary between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to resolve technical issues quickly and accurately during the pre-sales phase.
- Assist with the recruitment, evaluation, and management of Field Activation Officers in the assigned territory.
- Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services to facilitate successful implementation.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Effectively communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
- Monitor and assess customer usage of the product to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Experience Needed
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
