Job Description

The ideal Account Manager at Lendsqr will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders. This role involves coordinating between customers and various internal teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client engagement and portfolio management. Although Lendsqr is expanding in multiple countries, we are currently only hiring employees residing in Nigeria to ensure efficient employee management while working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and develop lasting relationships with customers
  • Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and goals
  • Provide clear communication on the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics
  • Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service on a daily basis
  • Track and analyze customer product usage
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and foster ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in roles such as product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support representative, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products
