Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure the prompt and accurate resolution of technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
- Support the recruitment, evaluation, and overall management of Field Activation Officers within the assigned territory.
- Provide sales support and professional services for solution implementation.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Clearly communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account performance metrics.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong adherence to deadlines.
