Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure the prompt and accurate resolution of technical issues during the pre-sales phase.
  • Support the recruitment, evaluation, and overall management of Field Activation Officers within the assigned territory.
  • Provide sales support and professional services for solution implementation.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Clearly communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account performance metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong adherence to deadlines.
