Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales teams to ensure swift and accurate resolution of any technical issues during the pre-sales process.
- Assist with the recruitment, evaluation, and overall management of Field Activation Officers within the assigned region.
- Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services to aid in the successful implementation of solutions.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Effectively communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor key account performance metrics.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the FMCG distribution chain from start to finish.
- Monitor and assess customer usage of the product to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions in Payments, Ordering, Marketing, and B2B marketplaces.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including with executives and C-suite leaders.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Exceptional skills in listening, negotiation, and presentation.
- Extensive digital expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
