Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to designated sales areas and outlets.
  • Efficiently manage retail distribution of LSNL/BIC products and ensure effective coverage of assigned outlets.
  • Regularly assess performance with regional managers and customers to meet established targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coverage plan for the territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned regions.
  • Ensure flawless execution of SFA and other sales-related projects in the territory.
  • Ensure seamless promotion execution and deployment of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).

Key Performance Indicators

  • Meeting sales targets (both volume and value).
  • Achieving coverage goals and adding new outlets.
  • Frequency of orders and prompt cash collection.
  • Speed of product availability and visibility in outlets.
  • Strong numeric and weighted distribution of LSNL/BIC products in the region.
