Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to designated sales areas and outlets.
- Efficiently manage retail distribution of LSNL/BIC products and ensure effective coverage of assigned outlets.
- Regularly assess performance with regional managers and customers to meet established targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive coverage plan for the territory.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned regions.
- Ensure flawless execution of SFA and other sales-related projects in the territory.
- Ensure seamless promotion execution and deployment of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
Key Performance Indicators
- Meeting sales targets (both volume and value).
- Achieving coverage goals and adding new outlets.
- Frequency of orders and prompt cash collection.
- Speed of product availability and visibility in outlets.
- Strong numeric and weighted distribution of LSNL/BIC products in the region.
