Job Description
Your Role:
- Provide marketing insights and support for the local/sub-regional master plan.
- Lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with respective budgets.
- Execute local campaigns and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign and promotional results.
- Customize the Marketing Mix for each product to suit local market needs.
- Identify and assess market opportunities, developing customer roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive local innovation ideas in collaboration with regional and global counterparts.
- Oversee and support the execution of channel strategies at the local and sub-regional levels through channel marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to brand positioning and innovation development, implementing the innovation pipeline to ensure sustainable brand growth in the region.
- Coach and mentor local project teams to drive performance.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide actionable insights, even in the absence of comprehensive market data.
Your Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in brand management.
