Job Description

Your Role:

  • Provide marketing insights and support for the local/sub-regional master plan.
  • Lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with respective budgets.
  • Execute local campaigns and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of campaign and promotional results.
  • Customize the Marketing Mix for each product to suit local market needs.
  • Identify and assess market opportunities, developing customer roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive local innovation ideas in collaboration with regional and global counterparts.
  • Oversee and support the execution of channel strategies at the local and sub-regional levels through channel marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and innovation development, implementing the innovation pipeline to ensure sustainable brand growth in the region.
  • Coach and mentor local project teams to drive performance.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide actionable insights, even in the absence of comprehensive market data.

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in brand management.
