Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Dispatch Rider to ensure prompt delivery of goods and documents. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local routes and traffic regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Timely delivery of packages and documents to designated locations.
  • Handle deliveries for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
  • Keep the supervisor or clients informed about delivery status or any potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
  • Ensure the bike is well-maintained and report any mechanical problems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during each delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Dispatch Rider.
  • Valid rider’s permit or license.
  • Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws.
  • Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
