Job Summary:
Oversee the development and implementation of streamlined production processes to ensure high-quality products and optimal throughput. Lead and mentor a team of production staff to boost efficiency and productivity while maintaining strong collaboration with supply chain and sales departments to align production schedules with demand and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to lower costs, eliminate waste, and enhance overall processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Track and monitor key production metrics, preparing detailed reports on performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the final product meets required standards.
- Manage and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and meet performance and profitability goals based on pre-established targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Align production schedules with supply chain and sales team needs to ensure demand and inventory levels are met.
