Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Operator – Wireline, your duties will include:

Conducting maintenance, job preparation, tool pre- and post-job inspections, tool upkeep, and rigging up/down operations.
Supervising operators on-site, training team members, and maintaining a strong safety awareness at all times.
Keeping accurate records and communication as required by the Personnel & Competency Leader.
Handling job-related paperwork and maintaining records for yourself and your assigned team.
Actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives related to ballistics operations while fostering positive customer relationships.
Ensuring all responsibilities are carried out safely according to base, well operations, and equipment management protocols.
Performing additional related tasks as necessary.
Adhering to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance, and company behaviors in all business activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will:

Hold at least a National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Be willing to gain hands-on industry experience and complete product line training.
Have a basic understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
Be knowledgeable in Wireline operations and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
Demonstrate mechanical or electrical aptitude with a strong desire to expand your knowledge and skills.
Be a team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities.
Be open to traveling by sea, air, and land to job sites as needed.
