About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Associate at Remedial Health in Asaba. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for performing stock-taking, stock-keeping, ensuring orders assigned are efficiently attended to among other tasks and responsibilities assigned. An organized, computer savvy and detail-oriented Inventory officer who will work with the team to ensure maximum efficiency in the inventory system and have a collaborative attitude.
Job Description
- Coordinating product movement in and out of the warehouse as scheduled
- Receive incoming items, logging the items and moving them to their proper location in the warehouse.
- Taking pictures of incoming products and uploading them onto the company’s inventory app.
- Perform checks on current inventory to ensure there is a proper count of stock in the warehouse.
- Generate reports on inventory balance and shortages.
- Perform reconciliation of inventory against invoices sent to customers

Person Specification:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as an inventory associate, warehouse management, or related roles.
- Experience working with an ERP is an added advantage
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
