Job Overview
The Manager, Strategy is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to foster business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of short- to long-term organizational strategies.
- Develop, review, and monitor operational and strategic plans, ensuring they are executed according to agreed timelines.
- Identify and cultivate new business partnerships to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Explore and develop new commercial opportunities for the Group.
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects aimed at unlocking future business growth.
- Track market and industry trends to identify potential growth areas and assess their impact on the current strategy.
- Manage strategic modeling and analysis to inform strategic planning, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
