Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify and engage with vendors in key markets, focusing on high-potential sellers for the platform.
  • Generate quality leads by targeting specific categories and areas to maximize seller lifecycle value.
  • Assess vendor suitability by evaluating their products and business readiness.
  • Persuade vendors to join the platform by emphasizing its value and sales potential.
  • Guide vendors through the registration process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide new sellers with the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed from the start.
  • Support vendors during their first month after going live, ensuring they remain engaged and properly trained to operate independently post-incubation.
  • Collect insights on market trends and vendor feedback to improve acquisition strategies.
  • Regularly report on acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize cost per active seller by channel.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage and convince vendors.
  • Experience in offline sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in offline sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of local retail markets and vendor dynamics.
  • Good analytical skills to identify trends and prioritize high-value leads.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and spend time in vendor environments.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
