Job Summary
We are a dedicated team of HR professionals in People Services, supporting 23 countries within the Coca-Cola HBC family. Our focus is on enhancing the end-to-end employee experience, collaborating closely with stakeholders across all regions.
Our team manages a variety of employee-related administrative tasks, including hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, sick leaves, and vacations. We also work extensively with Excel and other tools to generate customized reports. Meetings and calls on Microsoft Teams are part of our daily routine, whether we are resolving issues or enhancing our skills through internal training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have experience using Excel
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), HR administration, or technical support
- Be skilled in organizing and planning training events and managing logistics
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English
- Hold a university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Have strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Be analytical with problem-solving abilities
- Be a proactive, result-oriented team player
Success in This Role
You will:
- Support Coca-Cola HBC countries in the area of Learning & Development, including organizing and coordinating training events and maintaining training records
- Build strong relationships with co-workers, managers, and key stakeholders across Coca-Cola HBC countries
- Ensure employees’ learning needs are identified and met promptly
- Participate in the creation of training materials, work instructions, and system testing
- Serve as a go-to contact for L&D-related inquiries
- Provide support and guidance to Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and employees
