Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to drive the growth of our sales team and maximize revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Abuja real estate market, a proven ability to lead teams, and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify high-potential market segments and create tailored plans to penetrate them.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies proactively.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor individual and team progress regularly.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Resolve client concerns and provide after-sales support to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Revenue and Target Management:

  • Drive revenue generation through innovative sales initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and negotiation processes to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and implement measures to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Marketing and Brand Positioning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and attract clients.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Managing Director/CEO.
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to optimize sales operations.

Inventory and Property Portfolio Management:

  • Ensure accurate listings of available properties, including pricing, features, and market positioning.
  • Work closely with the property management and development teams to align sales efforts with inventory availability.
  • Regularly evaluate property portfolios to identify opportunities for increased sales velocity.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
