Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our market presence in the OOH advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the OOH media landscape. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with sales and client service teams to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and pursue new client opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with current accounts.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and surpass sales targets by creating customized OOH advertising solutions that address client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to track industry trends, understand client requirements, and monitor competitor activities, using insights to shape sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure deals are finalized promptly.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and client service) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Client Feedback & Satisfaction: Maintain regular client check-ins to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and progress toward goals. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about developments in OOH advertising trends, technologies, and market shifts to remain competitive.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the advertising or media sector.
  • Strong understanding of the OOH advertising industry, including both digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
