Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven sales professional who is a strong relationship builder, strategic thinker, and adaptable to challenges. This individual will be responsible for managing complex, large-scale accounts and high-value markets. The primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach, driving growth, and increasing revenue from existing accounts. The role will involve conducting market research, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the transport and logistics sectors.
- Market and promote our EV portfolio to prospective businesses.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
- Present and demonstrate EV products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, and B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and proactive business approach.

Location and Travel:
- The candidate will be based in Nigeria.
- The role will require frequent travel to operating countries.
